Our friends Emily and Kelley from the podcast Wining About Herstory are continuing the story of Juliane Koepcke with us in this episode. Juliane fell 3,000 meters (9,842 feet) from the sky when LANSA flight 508 literally fell apart in 1971 over the Peruvian rainforest. In the second part of her story, Emily and Kelley tell us about her incredible survival and how she lived to tell the tale, write a book, earn her PhD, and study mammalogy. Her story is inspiring, fascinating, and truly a miracle.
