By I first came across tandur when I was searching for ways to make my life a little more active. I began researching ways to become more active, and I was introduced to this simple, effective movement system, which is why I was so inspired to create it.
tandur is essentially a plank of wood with a weighted base that you can walk on. The idea is that you can walk around, do yoga, or just walk around some random thing and get a little exercise without having to cross a large distance. Because you can walk on it, it is an effective way to get moving while still keeping your core and lower body intact.
I’m not sure how much better it is for our core and lower body stability. Though I do believe that it is a better way to engage our bodies in a way that makes them more efficient, and a better way to get the heart rate up while we’re walking around. I’m not sure if tandur is good for walking while doing yoga.
I don’t know if you’ve read The Secret, but it is a book by the same author that has been touted as the best book on yoga that you can buy. It’s written as a book, rather than a series of webisodes, so it’s really the most complete yoga book that I’ve seen. You can learn about some of the techniques that I’m talking about, as well as the philosophy behind tandur, in the book.
The book is written in a somewhat strange and confusing way. The main story is set in the present, but it’s also sort of like The Secret, or a slightly older version of that. It’s definitely an interesting read, and also one of the most entertaining.

The book is very long, but its also highly entertaining. The author (and author of the best selling book on tandur) does a good job of explaining the philosophy behind tandur. I really recommend it, especially if you like weird books.
I’m not sure what you mean by “confusing.” I got this book from my local library and it was the first book I picked up at the bookstore. I was impressed by the author’s writing style, which I’ll talk about a bit more below.

I was reading The Dark Tower series when I was in school, and I enjoyed it. I think the best-selling picture book on my shelves is a picture book called tandur. Its actually a novel, although I’m not sure how you would classify it. The story follows a little boy who is raised by a family of aliens and is forced to live on a small island.
